Poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with how Takealot has handled my order.

I selected a specific size when placing my order, but I received a smaller size. It also appears that the sizing information advertised on the website was incorrect. I contacted Takealot expecting a straightforward exchange for the correct size, but instead I was told to return the item and purchase it again — now at a higher price.

This is very frustrating and unfair. I should not be expected to pay more because the incorrect sizing was advertised and the wrong size was supp****. I simply want the same product in the correct size that I originally selected.

Takealot should take responsibility for the incorrect product information and fulfil the exchange at the original price, rather than putting the customer out of pocket for an error that was not theirs.

Very disappointing customer service and a poor experience overall.
