Poor Customer Service

Bought a memory card which I was using for my business files in three weeks the memory card deleted all my files and never worked again. So reported this to takealot and they told me via email that they will collect it can't take it to them because it was online shopping. And know it's been a week since they have been promising to come everyday but nothing. And I need a memory card to start working. I'm ****ed as F***.
