Poor customer service
On the 1st of March I made a purchase at takealot.com and paid for it immediately and I received a message a saying that my order will be delivered on the 4th of March. The 4th of March approached and my order was delivered in a wrong and I never received any message about the inconvenience and I tracked my order and it says my order will be rescheduled for delivery but since then I didn't receive any updates and even today I didn't receive my order

08 Mar 2024, 13:15I then after 3 days I received my order and only to find out that the product that I purchased was very small and I'm really not happy about it cause the product is non-refundable and I really can not do anything with this product cause it's really small
