POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor customer service. Parcel was deliver to the wrong courier facilty and no attempt to fix their mitsake and get my parcel delivered to me. No communication whatsoever on what is happening with my delivery. IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS AND STILL NO COMMUNICATION OR FEEDBACK FROM TAKEALOT
