Poor customer service

Cancelled an order on the 16th of June. Haven’t received any solid feedback from them. With the back and forth emails this is their response “ We are still actively working to have your query resolved. Rest assured, as soon as we have received a resolution from the relevant departments, we will contact you to advise on the outcome.” Until when??
