poor customer service

Ordered for the first time inPods Macaron 12 TWS Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Earphones - yellow. What a disappointment. 1 was working and one was not working . I sent them back for return and they came back without the exchange . No communication what so ever ... I am so disappointed, i really though that this was going to be a start of a great relationship
