Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with takealot and will never buy or recommend them to anymore. I have been their customer for years and have been putting up with their terrible service. My family and friends warmed me about takealot and regret why I did not listen. I ordered booked from them in August, they delivered a wrong book, then promised to deliver the correct book. To date they have not delivered the original book that I ordered. Yet the book still shows that it is available. Very disgusted by their service and will never ever buy anything from them again. Please do not phone me to apologize, deliver the correct book.
