Poor customer service

Placed an order a week ago and it was scheduled for delivery tomorrow only for them to sent a delay email tomorrow saying it will only deliver next week. Then there was an option to cancel the item that causes delay,which I did only for them to cancel the entire order and when I asked,I was told they was nothing they can do I should wait 4 days for my credit. Like what kind of service is this.
