Poor customer service

I placed an order this morning and immediately noticed I had given my office address and not my home address. Its a fridge. not something that I can put in my car and move I sent a mail as soon as I saw it to ask them to change the address, and they say they can't. The item has not been shipped yet (according to their own site) and there is NO contact details except an Help line or HELPLESS LINE
