POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.......

Bought a book for my sister as a birthday present. Delivery was set for the 20th of December....got an email stating delivery has been reschedule due to the item taken to the incorrect site....even today the 27th still not delivered. Been writing and no one cane to me instead responses look like tickets that are closed just cause of business target. No one is addressing the issue or even making means of having the item delivered. That present has no value anymore as I wanted to make her birthday special!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
