Poor customer service...

Worst experience...item not available after payment has been made...sends through short items...no work ethic of replying to emails...it's as if I need to beg for what I have already paid for...3 days later see a credit but unable to put it back in my account...so I must purchase again in order to use my own money in a useless site with no service delivery...I will not b purchasing from them again...
