Poor customer service

I placed on order for a few items and selected next day delivery and paid for the next day delivery...this didn't happen. So I emailed and was credited the delivery fee. When my order eventually arrived, 1 of the items did not arrive but instead I got 2 random items I did not order. I emailed and was told to book a return for these items. I get a credit of R99 where the item that I paid for was R169. I email again and suddenly emails no longer work and apparently no one exists to handle queries.
