Poor Customer Service

I purchased a polo t shirt from takealot in November 2019 however upon delivery of my parcel i actually realised that the t shirt that i had chossen was a large size instead of a Medium size and I immediately requested for exchange from takealot however instead of them exchanging my parcel they simply refunded my money.I have been phoning their contact centre for assistance with my humble request but to date I am yet to receive any positive feedback from takealot.
