poor customer service

i am very disapointed in in take a lot, after making an online order from them they ended up delivering a parcel that was incomplete. i informed them about this and they told me that they lodged a return request, only to tell me that it was unsuccessful but instead of refunding me they decided to add the credit to my account without even consulting with me. it was my very first and definitely the very last time i will ever order something from them. i did not even receive a single phone call to apologize for the incomplete order.
