Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer service and Not even worth One star.... booked a order return(pc screen - Quality concern ) and been told its not deffective so they cant process the refund, which im fine with and understand.. But no further communication of the next steps on whats happening and how to get item back from them.. Ive been sending Various Emails yet no responses. Its like im being ignored....
