Poor customer service

I placed an order on the 17 October to be delivered on the 18th October and still haven’t received it with last update of order delayed no estimated delivery nothing. I’m heading to school on Monday 20 October and I won’t be at the delivery address for over a month I would like to get a solution because I have no idea what to do I haven’t received my delivery and i won’t be available at the delivery address I’ve been trying since yesterday to get assistance with no luck
