Poor customer service

I have been ordering with takealot for a long time but this time I can't take it anymore. I ordered a tripod stand for video call and celfies and the third leg doesn't balance it drops off my phone. A guy called me around 13:00 to collect it and I told him that I just left the house to buy thing for my hip operation tomorrow and he dropped the call. A RUDE lady called saying Jah I here you are not at home then we postpone till tomorrow, I advise that in not at home tomorrow I'll be in the hospital and she said than that u need to change the address how will I change the address to a hospital address and I'll be in ICU after the operation. I will never order at takealot they Are RUDE and don't care about their customers...
