Poor Customer Service

Ref:Takealot | Return Credited | MRRN-47PYE-QW4J |. @hellopeter I bought a size 5 sneakers and they"ve delivered a size 4 sneakers. I immeadtely returned it for a correct size only to be told that my correct size which I've originally ordered was sold out. I then requested them not to credit my takealot account but to refund me my monet as I want to purchase the same sneakers else where, they have nevertheless credited my takealot account and blatantly ignores all my pleads and request to refund me back my money to my debit account.. To date they are ignoring my request instead they've sent me to review my experience about the so called sneakers that I have returned back. I wan't my money back. Thanks
