Poor customer service

takealot.com is hiring unskilled and unprofessional drivers who does not have a good manner of approach. Their drivers will be on the phone and make you wait while they speak on the phone and they do not take into consideration that you are a customer and they should consider you first and secondly, they assign a lot of delivers pick up to motor circle/scooter drivers who will not even apologize and just leave the takealot box on your pavement.
