Poor Customer Service

i have placed an order on the 23 May 2020, of which all 3 items i ordered indicated there is stock in CPT, after placing the order my delivery date indicated that i would receive my order on the 09.06.2020, this means i would be waiting 11-12 working days instead of the 5-7 like indicated on the add. i sent in a complaint and got a response several days later from Mandisa not making sense advising that it is due to stock that needs to be shipped to the warehouse i advised her of what the add said and still to date i have not received a clear explanation as to why i need to wait so long for my order. My colleague ordered an item after me and she received hers already this too i brought to the attention and even requested that a manger makes contact with me. i am utterly disgusted with the service and will never recommend anyone to make use of the service. There was somebody by the name of Lawrence who also claims he tried helping but all they did was dwell on the topic of me cancelling my order and not actually dealing with the actual complaint.
