Poor customer service

I ordered Halogen Headlights on the 13th of December 2024 they said it will be delivered on the 27th of December. I waited and waited they did not deliver,and there was no communication made, until I made a follow up only to find out that my order was canceled without even informing me. Then I asked for refund since the 23rd of December 2024 till now I haven't received it. Every time when I'm doing a follow up on my refund they keep saying it has been processed it will take 3-5 working days to appear on my bank if I don't receive it I must contact my bank. That time there's nothing wrong with my bank I make transactions almost everyday and I receive every amount deposited in my bank in time. But till today the 19th of January 2025 I haven't received my money. I am very disappointed with Takealot
