Poor customer service

I had returned a phone device back to them and was told that they cannot take back the device due to the return policy nor give me a refund and i accepted their conclusion response. Now the issue is them returning back the device to me. I have been logging emails on when am i getting the device send back and i have been getting responses of that i need to provide address for delivery which I did and that they cant give me a date of delivery . Now last email i got from them is that the have approved for a credit back into my Takealot account which its a lie there is not credit , and why are the talking of credit where i was told by 3 agents/ consultants that they cannot take back the device. I am so unhappy with the unprofessionalism ,poor customer service i have been getting from them.
