Poor customer service

I've been using them for a while without problems, and suddenly my order didn't arrive as promised. I contacted the help center 3 times and 3 times the agents promised to escalate. 3 days later I received email let me know that a cancelation request was approved.

I'm still waiting 4 days after and I spent more buying small packets of dog food while waiting.

Horrible experience. Never again!
