poor customer service

Good Day

I had purchased a Laptop bag that was on sale and was supposed to be delivered on the 11th December and I had already paid for the bag as i urgently needed the bag , I recieved an email stating that my order has been cancelled as they do not have the stock available , went online immediately to check , the bag is available at a different price

im really confused , why cancell the order with the reason that you have ran out of stock

order was placed on the 4th December and paid on the 4th , delivery date was supposed to be the 11th December only to recieve a cancellation email

to place another order now which on the site the estimated delivery is the 31st of December

thier order are taking time lately and do not trust in ordering again only to have my order canecelled

you cannot even contact them
