Poor customer service

So i bought a generator on TAKEALOT.COM when i received the generator the one rubber on the foot was missing the one ***** for the handle was missing.That was still fine for me i could live with that.Then i used it once and was working fine the second time i used it it just would start i struggled for 2 hours trying to start it but no luck.SO i logged a return on the 29 November 2018.Today is the 11 December 2018 12 days later and still i didn't receive any news regarding this matter.On their website where i track the status it says Return Concluded 04-12-2018. Im leaving for Holiday on Friday 14 December 2018 i bought this product for the holiday.SO WHAT IS YOUR PLAN~!!!!!This is poor customer service.
