Poor customer service

I am confused about the level of service and communication from takealot. On the second I received an SMS confirming the collection of an item I had returned for a refund. It clearly stated that it will reach 2-3 days and thereafter I will be contacted. Its been a week, no updates on this item and progress. Contact numbers have been removed from the website.

What is going on takealot?
