Poor Customer Service

I was suppose to receive an order from Takealot today 12 July 2018, however to date my order has not even processed or shipped and I have had no communication as to what is happening. I believe the service of Takealot is drastically dropping and I've always been a loyal customer but I am now starting to see what people mean about how poor their service has become.
