Poor customer service

I purchased a hair trimmer at end May this year. When it arrived I wasn't happy with the item so I logged a return which they collected. ( Ref RRN-0a83-5a35 ) on 9/06. The return has been closed on their system as finalised yet I still have not received my refund. I have emailed them with regards to this but the only response I have received is that they are asking me to rate their consultant's service. That is quite pathetic. I have had to search on Google to obtain a telephone number. I will even accept a credit on my account to purchase another item but do not appreciate the fact that they obtain their money from me immediately yet I have had to battle to get them to return what is lawfully mine.
