Poor Customer Service

Send an iPhone in for repairs. It was sent back without being repaired. Returned it to takealot who eventually agreed to replace the unit. Delivery is shocking. Package stuck now for 2 weeks in a warehouse. Sadest of all, all takealot staff keep on passing the buck. The problem, no person to speak to, no number I can call. Pathetic customer service!
