Poor customer service

Order a Kettle and toast combo. The item that came were incomplete. I logged a return and their delivery guys came to fetch it. I received an email that my return was rejected so they are gonna return the items to me.. Until this day they are still returning the items.. I have been calling their return department non stop but still no help.. They all say they will escalate the matter , I'm tired of takealot.com and its poor customer service and them delivering defective products. I lost my R1000 and it looks like they have no intention of helping me
