Poor customer service

Poor disgusting service. I ordered some items on 22 Dec 2021 hopeful I will receive it on 24 Dec 2021 by paying for the Express delivery service. I made a follow up on the order after I track the delivery only to learn I will receive my items on 28 Dec 2021. All the items shown that they are in stock in Cape Town and now they don't have it at the warehouse which is pathetic. I was never so disgusted by your service. I wonder what gifts must I give to my family now on Christmas day. You have totally ruined my Christmas. Be sure I will never do business with u again. Your services suck big time and you don't value your customers at all. Poor ****ing service.
