Poor customer service

I am so disappointed. I placed an order which got delivered incorrectly then it got credited and I had to place an order again paying delivery fee and the price was higher than what it was the first time I placed the order. Then it was scheduled to be delivered the 13th of April I went to check on the 10th to make sure it hasn't moved up since I had scheduled to collect it from the pick up point when I went on my app it had been returned because I hadn't picked it up. I have always gotten smses when I things were on their way untill now. I never got an SMS to say it was ready and now it has been returned and credited once again. I called the pick up point in rustenbutg to find out what we can do she said if I call head office they can reverse it and I can pick it up. Head office just refused to do anything and told me I must place a new order. And once again the prices on the items have went up
