POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered an Apple Mac in April 2023; I got a message confirming the delivery in two days. The driver that was supposed to deliver was very rude. He even dropped a phone while I was still talking to him three times. I tried to use a different phone and he continued to be rude to me. He ended up not delivering and my Mac was returned and was only delivered a week later. I wrote a complaint about the driver in question, and I was told that someone will call me and investigate the matter. I only received a call from the so called a Manager of Takealot yesterday that is more than a month ago. He called to inform me that they have received my complaint and they are closing the matter because they have transferred the matter to their HRM. He confirmed that there is nothing they can do with my complain as the company however they apologies that I felt unfairly treated and had financial implication. I had suggested some redress on this matter, but they did not bother to try and implement them. The said manager was also talking to me with a negative attitude.
