Poor customer service

All good and well to confirm a delivery date but the follow through on the delivery is zero to none. My expected delivery date is today 23 Dec 2020 before 5pm. At 15:48 i receive an sms stating that my order could not be delivered as there was nobody to collect my package. That is despite me being at home all day waiting for this delivery. After 2 calls to the delivery department i am told that the branch will resend the delivery guy to deliver the package. That was at 16:40. I called the Constantia branch at 16:40 to confirm, they state that the delivery is rescheduled to tomorrow. After stating that i am expecting the delivery today before 5pm the lady tells the driver to deliver the package. After calling again at 17:10 i am told that the driver is on his way. The package only gets delivered at 19:08.
