POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very disappointed with the customer service!!! After logging a return on a product, the return has been declined for 6 times and counting! (No pick up or inspection even started to motivate the decline) There is only one number to call for assistance and the assistance they offer is little to NO help! Soon the "30 day" - return policy would be expired and who would we reach out to then? Out of ALL the sales you make, try improving your CUSTOMER SERVICE!
