Poor customer service

<p>We bought a uv light. The warrenty has not yet expired and there is a problem with it. They are not willing to exchange the product. They will only refund as they do not currently have the item in stock. They do not even offer us to keep the item until they have stock again. After numerous request that a manager call me so we can discuss the situation, nobody called. With after sales service like this I wonder if it is still worth supporting the company.</p>
