POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered an item on Takealot on 21 May 2020 and the delivery date should've been 27 May 2020. The parcel has not been delivered yet and it's already past the due date, there is still also no update from their side about the delivery date.

To make it even worse they have removed all their contact numbers, so there are no way to contact them?!

This is unacceptable and very unprofessional of Takelot!

This purchase has not been convenient at all and next time I will rather buy my products in store than buy on your website.

Very poor customer service!!!!!
