Poor Customer Service

I’m appalled by the after sales service I’ve received from the entity.

Ref Re: CF - RRN-T6K8Y-WWWO - Makita DHP482RFE 18V Cordless Driver Drill & 2 x Battery Combo

The item packed up … on the return option given over the defective product I opted for a refund. They decided to fix the item under warranty.

Now it’s a hassle for me to get the item . Why was there refund not credited back to me so i could move on peacefully . Now my operational responsibility are halted all thanks to poor customer service.
