Poor Customer experience with poor delivery services

The service received from Takealot is very putrid as they have brought me my order twice incorrectly and this took a long time before i got my second order and it was the wrong order with incomplete apparatus (power cable missing) i cannot even request a refund as the system is not allowing me to. this has made me a very unhappy customer as in the past all was a seemless process.
