Poor customer care ,Too risky

I made an arder for my colleague and shows that it was delivered on 20 Feb 24 on the app, bt was never delivered to the right recipient. I called ,email takelot.I contacted them on their social platforms then I only got contacted by the driver who promised me to track back the address where the parcel was delivered. I did follow up with the driver he referred me to his supervisor. I called the supervisor he asked for an order no bt he never came back to me with the feedback. I had to pay back my colleague while I'm still in the real struggle to track the whereabouts of the parcel. Takealot does nt care at all .
