Poor customer care service

On the 30th Nov 2025 I placed an order of 4 items with Takealot (order no: ***) it was delivered on the 9th December 2025 as sealed as it was one item was missing a DSTV B4 Replacement Remote Control. I have emailed them to inform them and I only received that automated email no response with regards the way forward with the missing item that I paid for. Sad thing is even the contact number is always unavailable
