POOR CUSTOMER CARE FROM TAKEALOT
If you speak about poor customer care that Takealot, firstly they sell poor appliances they break and then they blame it on power surge and expose to Sea air and as every person knows we did not experience any load shedding during December 2024 and Kemptonpark is more than ****m from any coastline this is just an excuse to rob you from refunding or replacing the appliances

15 Jan 2025, 12:53After several requests to Takealot to provide me with a letter or report of the so-called user abuse of the TV that I bought from them online which apparently were exposed to power surge and Sea air which is untrue as everybody knows there were no load shedding and Kempton park is more than ****m from any Sea air they are using this excuse as they do not want to refund or replace the TV.
