Poor Customer Care Call Centre Service.

Customer Care Returns Call Centre. I logged a return via the website and had to cancel the return. The website does not allow you to cancel a return, thus I phoned the call center and followed the options to the return section. I tried 6 time to get through to an operator. The calls ether just got cut off or an operator would receive the call and not respond when i spoke. I could clearly hear her having a private conversation in the background. I find this highly annoying and poor business ethics from Takealot. I have been a long standing customer and this event certainly is unacceptable
