poor customer care

Ive received an order from take alot this morning, my order has been opened iv called customer care about ten times this morning with no response my call never gets answered and goes to voicemail. therefor my airtime got finished. Due to no answer im really angry and i would like this issue sorted out immediately. Im beyond Frustrated just the fact that no one has been taking my calls. Customer service is pathetic!
