Poor customer care and delivery service

The delivery person didn't even wait 5minutes for me to come receive my package. They called at 2:15 and by 2:18 they had left. I contacted takealot as well as they're delivery service customer care. I still did not receive the parcel on the day it was sent for delivery. Poor customer care and very poor delivery service. If you still shop on takealot I suggest collecting your parcel coz they really don't care about customers when they deliver.
