Poor consumer service at Takealot

Takealot customer service is really bad. They did not deliver my order and there’s no information on the app about the new delivery date. The app still says delivery will be on 05th of December and 5th December already passed. When i call their so called customer service no one answers but the machine. My whole airtime is gone and i still don’t have any information about my order. M so not happy about this. At this point m not even sure if I’ll ever get my order.
