Poor condition of goods upon delivery.

I ordered a gift for someone on express delivery. Upon arrival, the goods were shipped in its original packaging, with Takealot labels all over the product. The box was semi squashed and even the inner box was damaged. This irritates me! The gift was not cheap and I paid extra... why would you deliver goods in this condition?! Come on man... What happened to excellence?????? Im disgusted.
