Poor Company

I returned items still under warrantee. The items were returned to me, still not working and I had to to send them back to Takealot. The items were send to Takealot on 07/07/2020. To date I still dont have them back. Takealot dont answer my email or IM send. All I want is my Items returned, I dont care if they still not working.
