Poor communication, poor service

When i placed an order for books with Takealot, the site said the books were in stock. When the delivery man came two days some of the books I ordered were missing, and Takealot only emailed me after the delivery to advise that the were in fact out of stock, and they would have to deliver on Monday. They didn't bother to check with me as to whether I was available to take delivery on Monday morning.

When they arrived this morning, the delivery guy called once but I could not take the call as I was in a meeting. When I tried to call him back less than ten minutes later, his phone was off. i tried to find a contact number for someone else at Takealot to get my order, but it seems Takealot does not want to talk to its customers.

Such poor communication and service delivery.
