Poor Communication/ Delivery Issues

<p>This is not acceptable:</p> <p>- Canceling an item on an order a day before delivery</p> <p>- Not notifying your customer that some items in your order have been delayed</p> <p>- When calling in the call centre after 5 mins the call automatically dies, I had to call in 4 times to finally get through to someone. 40 minutes of airtime spent</p> <p> </p> <p>Will never do christmas shopping on takealot again!</p>
